Adam Teicher had a story today where he tipped his hand that we had already traded for Alex Smith...at the same time, he moved Geno Smith up to #2 on his list.
Is it possible they only swapped second rounders and added a conditional pick next year and still intend on having Geno be a real possibility for our pick?
Teicher is obviously "in the know" or he wouldn't have said "Cordelle Paterson because Alex Smith will need someone to throw to"
