So if the defense could have made the Colts punt just one time, you would have liked the Trent Green era?

I can see Smith taking on a Trent Green role, accurate and quick short-medium passer, excellent in play action, and decent game awareness. The problem for the Chiefs was they they did nothing to develop a long-term QB solution during the Trent Green era.
