Since the Baltimore Ravens refused to pay him in the regular season, Flacco enters the NFL offseason as the No. 1 free agent in the world. That means he basically gets to name is own price while tons of teams beg for his services.
Most people believe that he will remain with the Baltimore Ravens whether they pay him or even if they have to franchise him while they work out a deal. However, if the Ravens franchise him, Flacco would be dumb to sign his tender and ever report for the season until they either trade him or show him the money. That would likely give other teams an opportunity to deal for Flacco's services.
