It is sad but true that you are more or less screwed until your owner wants to win, will put his money where his mouth is, hire good people, and not interfere.
You have a good coach & GM so here is hoping your owner really wants it, but there isn't much reason for optimism until you see the team culture really change for the best.

Yeah, well, as long as Clark Hunt is chest deep in hookers he's happy... Short of that, he only "NFLs" long enough to feed the cash cow.
