Anything is "possible" but it's unlikely.
Luck, RGIII and Wilson appear to be far ahead of any QB in this draft from day one.

And yet every team in the league passed on Wilson in the first 2 rounds. Every team.
Every team in the league passed on Tom Brady for 5 rounds.
So people saying that no QB in this draft is worth a 1st round pick may very well be proven wrong.
You never know which QB prospects will pan. A lot of that is QB development. It is if the kid keep his nose clean and works hard and decides he wants to excel in the NFL, not just get there.
Too many excellent rookie QB prospects are ruined by rushing them into the starting role instead of bringing them along slowly and keeping them successful and confident.
The question is, do you want to take a good athlete and make the effort to develop him with the hope he will become top 10 or do you want to take a middling QB with no hope of ever becoming top 10.
