I ran into a health problem and had to become less active. PLUS...I really needed a cocktail or two and and a few fries. Past that and ready to get back on the horse. Besides....I am only 3 pounds over the weight that I played soccer @, for MANY years. And maybe 220 IS my ideal weight...just not by general concensus! Any weight that I lose now is for vanity...or getting laid more....yep, I am going back to it!!!!
I was on Blood pressure meds....now I am at ideal blood pressure without any!!!!
