Panthers, (cam is a head case)
Bengals (andy dalton is a poor mans alex smith so i wouldnt take him over alex smith)
Edit, i wouldnt take matt schaub over alex either.
so by my list, that would be 16th qb in the league.

so its like ive said, alex smith is average, and you get what you pay for. Look at what the skins had to give up to get RG3, look at what the giants had to give up to get manning.
