his 2014 is the one that is not fully guaranteed. He's getting a full ~8 million before he even puts on a pair of Chiefs shorts and throws a pass in summer warm ups.
the problem with this is the guy is injury prone, probably the most injury prone starting NFL QB by a landslide, so giving him full money before the season is like a moltov cocktail. He could get hurt our season will be over before it's even started and the dude will be on the hook for a contract they cant even cut or eat.
