I was at work and couldn't watch, but I did get to see the final at bat, much to my dismay.
In a style that only Francouer can provide, he swings at a breaking ball that looked almost like a hanger, but being pull happy, he rolls over it and grounds it meekly to short. If he does what any SMART hitter would do down by 1 with a man on second, which is go with the pitch to opposite field, it's a tie ballgame.
I'm COUNTING how many games Francouer costs us this year. IMO, this is one.
