The problem with your theory is that this was pre-meditated. CQ told a teammate that if Greinke ever hit him again, he'd go after him. Greinke did not say something that caused him to charge the mound, it was going to happen come hell or high water. CQ, and ONLY CQ, are responsible for Greinke's injury. Nobody else.
Oh, and turn and run for center field, are you friggen' kidding me? Not a chance in hell, and it is ridiculous for anyone to expect him to do that. He would be known for the rest of his career as "Greinke the Coward"
