Actually you can. You just want to hit the thighs and get the double leg take down, not shoulder to shoulder. But yeah, a knee to nose would have been the smarter move. In Zach's defense I'm sure he was caught off guard by CQ going for the shoulder tackle like a bitch. Most guys that charge are throwing bombs.
