Interestingly, looking at last year's results, the average finish time was 4:18 and the average for males was 4:10. It makes me think that whoever planned this looked at those times and thought that they could do the most damage in the middle of the bell curve of runners.[/QUOTE]
Yes, that's right. Basically after that it's friends/family waiting for loved ones and whatever, but the big crowd is for the winners to cross.
