You missed my point.
There have been a shit ton of people that are completely convinced that Dorsey and Reid have hitched their wagon to Smith for years on end. That is simply untrue.
Look, I've said it dozens of times and I'll say it again: If the Chiefs choose Geno Smith, great! Just because
I wouldn't choose him doesn't mean that they shouldn't. But I also happen to believe that it's far more realistic that they recoup a second rounder in a trade and select a developmental QB on Day Two or Day Three.
If that occurs, and I believe it will, everyone should just chill out and stop with the "Chiefs will NEVER draft and develop a QB" mantra.
