As for a vertical grip, I used a grippod, which has a built-in bipod. Light, sturdy, and used by our troops in the field. For the flashlight, you'll find that you won't use it, it basically adds needless weight and just gets in the way. You're not going on any SWAT ops, and this probably won't the weapon you'll be going through your house in the dark with if somebody breaks in. I sold the flashlight holder trigger grip I initially bought, and replaced it with the inexpensive mount pictured below. If I need to put it on the rifle, I can add it quickly, in exactly the spot I can hit the switch with my thumb.
