The rookie learns the nfl at a little bit easier position and then slides over to left tackle.

it's not difficult unless you put this imaginary 'don't take a RT at 1.1' bullshit into the issue.
The thing is, recent tackles who were drafted to play LT and switched to RT never really developed into LTs.

Tyron Smith is the most recent example of a first round T who started out on the right side that bucks this trend. Solder could fit as well.

IMO, Fisher needs to play LT right out of the gates.
