The Patriots, and Broncos, will probably have the first round byes. They have the weakest divisions.
So if the Chiefs do make the playoffs, lets just say they make it as the 6 seed.
They would play either the Afc North, or South winner.
Thats either the Ravens, or bengals, or the Texans/Colts.
I dont see today, either of those teams, blowing out the Chiefs.
Shrugs. People just want to cry, just to hear themselves cry.

Whatever. Close playoff loss, blowout playoff loss, playoff win, blowout playoff win. I'm ****ing ecstatic on any of them. Hell, I'm happy this year if we are in playoff contention the whole season.
I'm ready for the extreme highs and lows. It's what makes sports what they are. We haven't had that around here for a long damn time. If we win a Super Bowl once more in my lifetime... that would be awesome. But what I really would prefer is damn competitive team year in and year out. I love the excitement of not being able to wait until the next game. Love the highs. With that comes the lows... but
It's all worth it.
Bad football just doesn't cut it!
EDIT: BTW, your scenario makes a lot of sense. I would be thrilled with the 6 seed and that potential first round matchup.
