This kid probably needs to be in a SWS (School Within a School) environment. We used to have one here, and it was awesome. It was for all those crazy intelligent kids who just don't do well in a "regular" classroom environment (though this particular classroom in the video sounds subpar by any standard).
Our SWS kids would do amazing things. Sure, they came to school barefoot, wore pajamas, and called their SWS teachers by their first names, but they got shit done and went on to success whereas without the program, they'd have been a disruption in any class in which they sat and failed miserably.
