I think he at least deserved a say in the schemes he wanted to run, his QB, some not all draft decisions, and at least one more season with a healthy jamaal Charles. Isn't that reasonable before saying he was good or bad?

No, he was fired because he was a complete buffoon and in over his head as a Head Coach.
