No one gets demoted in April. After April, no one, barring some hot blocked prospect, is going to get demoted when they have been doing well recently,
especially when they have been working on what you told them to work on, and they immediately began to see results from that.
Saying Moose "doesn't care enough" is clearly wrong given how fired-up he gets, and he doesn't need to be "sent a message".
