Not sure I agree.
Adding Avery is a very legit #2 WR option and I'd be shocked if he doesn't lock it up by the beginning of the season. Also keep in mind that Reid likes to throw to a lot of targets, and Kelce and Fasano will often add two legit receiving options at TE on many snaps. Bowe and Avery with Baldwin as a guy with something to improve, McCluster/Wylie competing for the slot. It's not too bad.
