Apolipoprotein E has a very strong association with alzheimer's. Don't know if that's part of an accessible genetic panel, but having two APOE4 alleles greatly increases the risk of late-onset Alzheimer's disease. People with one APOE3 and one APOE4 allele are at increased risk compared to people with two APOE3 alleles (the most common genotype). People with at least one APOE2 allele are at decreased risk of getting late-onset Alzheimer's disease.
The whole genetic causal basis for alzheimer's and many other disorders hasn't really been hashed out, so these tests aren't really helpful outside of facilitating anxious thoughts about said disorders.
tl;dr Just live your life and forget about these genetic panels until we have better causal evidence for many of these disorders.
