I run hot and cold on 2 1/2 Men. I've watched most all the episodes, but it's by no means appointment television. Often I let them pile up for a month or two and put them on when doing laundry or dishes. Most everyone is an able comic actor, they bring in plenty of high quality eye candy, and there's usually one or two solid quips per episode.
But lately, they've really run Ducky through the wringer, almost to the point that you start to suspect that the writers have a grudge against Cryer. Rare is the episode where he isn't either stranded somewhere very public in his tighty whities, or LITERALLY falling into a pile of shit, or making awful noises in the bathroom after eating Mexican.
But, at the bottom line, so long as there's the tiniest chance that April Bowlby will guest star, I'll be there.
