If you're going for the imperative, you need to include "Sie" in there. Also, "Scheiss" is masculine. If you're eating multiple shits (Scheisse) then "mein" needs to be in the masculine accusative plural.
ESSEN SIE MEINE SCHEISSE MIT KUCHEN, SCHWEINHUND!
