Translation: Tebow is a great guy, but if brains were dynamite--he couldn't blow his nose.
You can see it in interviews, he's not a very smart guy. I'm guessing that it's pretty tough to play QB in the NFL. I'm pretty sure that it's next to impossible when you're unintelligent and can't throw a pass in the ocean from the beach.
