Once again, this isn't football where you can't take the time to develop a player. You have several years til you even have to include him on the forty man, and then you have three years of options to send him to the minors. He has time to develop.

The average age of the South Atlantic League is probably 22. He is stinking it up against his peers. It's more than just a little concerning.
