Giving data to a private third party does not mean the govt has an automatic right to access it. The Constitution is supposed to restrain the Federal govt not private entities that sell your information for money.
I don't care what some black robed deity from the state has decided in the past. We already know they can and do increase power but expand it DESPITE the restraints of the Constitution. And I am not sure all the facts of an earlier case apply to abuse by setting up a room in places like AT&T to collect your data.
"One White House official with knowledge of the conversations told me that the Russian ambassador raised the sanctions to Flynn and that Flynn responded that the Trump team would be taking office in a few weeks and would review Russia policy and sanctions. Thatís neither illegal nor improper." ~ Bloomberg
When do we get to see the transcript? Flynn, being in espionage, had to know his call was being recorded too.
