This was a fine interpretation a few years ago but as EVERYTHING moves to cloud services and such... the Supreme COurt is probably going to need to update this... or people need to start using encryption on everything.
Oh I think we actually agree on the reality of what has happened. I understand that our corrupt government has granted themselves the license to do things that should be illegal under the cover of legality. That does need to be revisited at the Supreme Court level and returned to something that agrees with the Constitution.

Where we part, is you seem to think that as long as our government has made something "technically legal" that it's ok. I don't agree.
