Ya' know it's not that the govt can listen to or read everything. It's the pre-crime threat for enforcement using threat markers or behaviors this could lead to. Just combine it with the NDAA and what the IRS has been up do. Think Brandon Raub and what happened to him. Gives me the shivers.
