its the same engines. but basically what the xbox is having to do, is put a governor on their processor to keep it from over heating. Ie, it doesn't run as fast, and efficiently as the ps4. They have the same capabilities, just xbox much like dodge, where they cant find a way to keep their cars from eating their trannies, xbox cant figure out how to get max out put without melting down the entire system.
