Here is the page I get when I actually log INTO my paypal account. I have had paypal for 10 years. Anyone know if this is true?

What is the problem?

The checklist includes:
Photo ID
Proof of address
SSN
I don't mind the first two but SSN???....that doesn't seem legit although they say it is for tax purposes?
