My take on Hootie is well-established, but even I recognize that he adds significantly more value as a poster to the board than Phobia does.

IRL there's no doubt in my mind that I'd like Phobia more; Phobia appears to be a grown up.

But on the board, he contributes next to nothing as a poster and the only time I tend to take note of anything he has to say is when he's engaged in yet another pissing match, often because someone has wounded his pride.

Phobia's a pretty lousy poster and an overly-sensitive mod. He's an entirely different type of 'lame' than Meatwhistle, but he's easily as lame in his own way.

If I had to pick a board full of Phobias or a board full of Hooties, I'd take the board full of Phobias, but if I had to excise one phobia from this board or one hootie, I'd drop Phobia well before Hootie.
