Quinoa is great, not necessarily for its flavor, but as a filler. Yeah. Throw a bunch of it in a salad and it turns the salad into a meal. You can make it sweet or savory, and it soaks up about any flavor you expose it to. Extremely versatile ingredient that's healthy.
