Historical inaccuracies matter when you're talking about seminal events in history, yes.
I've never argued that the "mod" conversations you have didn't occur. That's never been the point.
You're pointing to a trial or two and claiming that it means the justice system works. I've simply pointed to the multitude of times that more egregious offenses were overlooked as evidence of your hypocrisy.
If I moderate a board that prohibits facial hair and ban you for having a goatee, I'm perfectly in keeping with the rules. That said, if I let the guys from ZZ Top and Duck Dynasty run around and call other members racial slurs, I'm a hypocrite.
