Sure you can. Like I said drugs will always beat the test. That's why they should keep and maintain blood/urine for when the test catch up if they were really serious.
I'm pretty sure even these days a player could put on some androgel at night and test clean 12 hours later. I don't think they pop you at 3:00am.
