I have to strongly disagree.
Kaepernick is currently not being paid "well" to sacrifice his body to the NFL. Under the new CBA, he's earning a nice living but I know plenty of people that earn as much as him (and far, far more) that don't deal with the issue of paralysis, amputation, loss of career, etc. and so on, as a job hazard and certainly not on a daily basis.
