I can see what will happen already...

The Chiefs will win 7-9 games and end up with a pick in the high teens. The last of the really good QBs will then go off the board by 12, and KC will not have the ammo to move up at all and grab the guy it likes.

KC will then pick BPA for "value" at their high teens pick and continue to do so, refusing to reach for a QB.
