Damn dude.. You have some serious discipline being about to stay that low on cals. My breakfast alone is almost 1000 cals

How are your energy levels during the day? Also I noticed some days you do a shake w/MCT oil, do you still use like a spoon of the MCT on a day like above where you just had really the chix breasts or pretty much just nix the fat?
