But yeah, only a finite amount of time in gym. If your goal is getting swole up, the you probably aren't spending time on shit like sprints and plyo metrics not to mention flexibility.
That being said, if you want all those other things too, you probably are spending time on the others at the cost of size and strength.
There's no perfect program. I say do what motivates a person o get off their ass and into shape, regardless of what that shape mgt be.
