The Ben Johnson reference sort of proves my point. Sprinting gets you ripped. Lifting doesn't make you fast.
You don't see athletes who look like Arnold playing professional sports. You DO see professional athletes who are built like Shaun T.
You can have too much bulk for specific tasks. You can't have too much speed, agility, endurance, flexibility, etc.
