That has never been a question, and Martinez's stuff blows Waino's out of the water.
Martinez throws an easy 97 with movement and has two other pitches that profile as plus offerings.
There isn't a prospect in baseball with better raw stuff than Little Pedro.
If he were
A) Left-handed
or
B) 6'4
He'd be considered the best pitching prospect since Kershaw.
