Two weeks in... down 10 pounds.
Some very fast shedding of fat (even faster than I expected). There have been a couple of days that I have really had some food cravings, but I can either push through it or (like Sunday) I just eat some beef jerky to try and get over that.
FYI, I changed my diet slightly to try to get some more protein, so now my daily intake is 1200 calories, 198 g of protein, 13 g of carbs, 27g of fiber, 26g of fat.
