Take a Benadryl for fairly quick relief. Start taking Claritin 10mg everyday during flare ups. Little noses saline mist will help with irrigating.
If you must, use affrin but do not use more than 3 to 4 days as it can damage the interior of your nose with longer use. Afrin will open you up, may give you a feeling of a dry nose, but about 12 hrs later it will go right back to what it was before.
