Not only that, lots of water the day of the test. You want to cleanse your system SND file your urine. Piss as many times as you can the day of the test before you actually test. It gets the stuff that has built up in your bladder out, and you can start with a cleaner slate. Stop a few hours before the test, but piss just before you leave to take it. If you pus too clear and they call you on "diluting", just say It's part of a workout training program to hydrate regularly.
Actually, **** it. Finds a place that sells fake piss. Kid who I just wanted it (piece of shit) was dumb enough to tell me out worked for him and apparently all the Steele workers/pipe fitters in town. He got it at a local porn shop. I'd imagine you can get it at some health sites too. Otherwise, overnight the shit from the internet.
His was dehydrated. Just add water, microwave and guaranteed to be body temperature for x amount of time. Tuck it I'm your shorts under your balls.
