I have been to River Falls but not during camp. So unless there is some magic training camp transformation that happens that I don't know about... I'll stand by my judgment.
Look, I understand that some of you have some irrational hatred of St Joe, fine... but I'd wager than none of you know jack shit about the town. and where to go.
I have taken over a dozen people to St Joe on various trips and every single one had a great time and left impressed with the town.
