Seems to me, they had a board and stayed true to it, regardless of need.
So you can hate on that if you want, but history shows that teams that approach the draft in that manner tend to do better over the long haul than teams that reach for need.

Yeah, people poke at the 1.1 pick, but didn't 6 olinemen including 2 guards go in the top 10, and with DJ Fluker going at 12 that puts 7 in the top 12. It unfortunately was an unsexy draft.
