I won't give everything away unless you really want me to. But Diaz's character is ****ed all the way up. There are snuff films, drug rings, there are brutal kidnappings... the opening scene is a sex scene between The Counselor and Penelope Cruz's character. As written, it's porn. I'm sure the images in the final cut won't be that graphic. But most straight men will have their blood pumping from the start. And then it just gets dark. Then it gets darker and darker.

Awesome, that's enough info for me, don't wanna spoil it all, but I do hope they did shoot the scenes in anticipation of a directors, uncut unrated or whatever you want to call it version for after it's theatrical release.
