He's not rational in his current state so ascribing a rational thought process to him is nonsensical. He probably thinks he deserves whatever calamity is sure to befall him thanks to Walt.

The self loathing and crushing guilt thing with Jesse is not exactly new and it didn't change when Walt gave him $5 million.
Compound that with his low self-esteem, evidenced by his years as a drug addict. He's had zero self worth until Walt gave it to him. Then Mike also gave him some (remember all the discussion of how Mike seemed to be grooming him to be a cleaner?). The two people who have ever made him feel that he's worth a shit as a human being are Walt and Mike. As such, he doesn't have exactly rational interactions with either of them (this is also in response to frank's statements about Mike being as bad as Walt).

Jesse has battered wife syndrome, basically.
