I understand that people have different opinions. But it's not their responsibility or jurisdiction to declare it murder. That's a legal charge. Opinion wise, people are allowed to have their personal beliefs on whether they think it's right or wrong. But K_C declared it murder. That's different. Murder is a provable violation of law. I'm asking who made that legal determination, or more importantly whether they were legally qualified to do so. What law was broken? I'm guessing he's simply applying his personal beliefs to the situation and doesn't understand the legality of declaring it murder..
