No, it's not. Meaningfully threatening to kidnap and kill our citizens is an act of aggression. Meaningfully threatening to kidnap and kill our President is an act of war. Non-aggression doctrine does not dictate that you roll over and wait for someone to kill you. It simply dictates that you don't initiate aggression. There is nothing inherently leftist, or progressive, or hawkish about responding to aggression.
