Start there. That should help, then you can adjust up and down from there as you go.

And yes, if you want to progress guys, then you should be doing practice. Its a free 1000 xp for your players even if you fail the practice.
^^^Only plays All Madden difficulty. Adjusts sliders to Pro difficulty.
